Upadeśāmṛta & Īśopaniṣad

Upadeśāmṛta:

"Upadeśāmṛta," authored by Rūpa Gosvāmī, comprises a concise collection of 11 verses. Despite its brevity, it encapsulates the entire path of Kṛṣṇa bhakti, ranging from foundational principles to advanced stages. For those seeking an encapsulated understanding of Gaudiya philosophy, this work serves as an invaluable resource. In this series of presentation, I read the original sanskrit of the work and explain it in english.

Īśopaniṣad:

The "Īśopaniṣad," one of the principal ten upaṇiṣads, discusses the guidelines for harmonious coexistence with nature and all beings, elucidates the nature of God, the method of worship for devotees, what is real knowledge, and an account of surrender of a devotee. It's the only upaniṣad for which we've commentary in our Gauḍīya sampradāya starting from Baladeva Vidyābhūṣaṇa. While some assert that Baladeva may have also offered commentary on other upaniṣads, these texts are presently beyond our reach. In this series of presentation, I read the original sanskrit of the work and explain it in english.
